UPDATE: TheraPb Reports 11.2-Month Median rPFS With 212Pb-ADVC001
Updated results from the TheraPb phase 1 trial, presented at ESMO 2026, provide longer-term follow-up for ²¹²Pb-ADVC001, an experimental PSMA-targeted alpha radioligand therapy for metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer (mCRPC).
The study enrolled 22 heavily pretreated patients across different dose levels and treatment schedules. With an additional 12 months of observation and a median follow-up of 14.1 months, median radiographic progression-free survival (rPFS) reached 11.2 months in patients receiving the selected phase 2 doses of 160 and 200 MBq.
Previously reported results remained encouraging, with an 80% PSA50 response rate at these dose levels and confirmed objective responses in all five patients with measurable disease. No new safety signals emerged during the extended follow-up.
The trial has progressed to phase 2, investigating different dosing strategies in both hormone-sensitive and castration-resistant metastatic prostate cancer.
